Please read over all rules and policies before sending in your deposit.


If you need to cancel/reschedule your appointment for whatever reason, your deposit can be credited to your next session as long as you notify us at least 48 hours in advance to honor the deposit. This allows time for the artists to reschedule their time slot accordingly to other clients who may want it.

Rescheduling cannot be done via email or media messaging

A tattoo deposit is paid after a consultation with an artist to begin work on the tattoo design, and to book a tattoo appointment thereafter. For multi-session tattoos, the deposit will be held as payment towards the last session of the tattoo.

Your deposit goes towards the price of the tattoo. *DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE*

Upon paying a deposit I acknowledge that I have communicated my tattoo design idea to the artist to my satisfaction, and have reviewed the artist's prior works to decide that the artist can implement my idea to my satisfaction. I understand that creating a tattoo design based on a client's concept is subjective and that variations may exist between my concept and the finished design. If the finished design is not to my liking, minor changes will be made at the artist's discretion. However, I understand that substantial changes to the design or the request for an entirely new drawing or draft will require a new deposit and the original deposit will be forfeited as payment for the artist's drawing time.

No Drawings or drafts are emailed or otherwise previewed to clients before their scheduled appointment time.

The deposit will also be forfeited in full in the case of:

  • I do not appear for a tattoo appointment;

  • I cancel or reschedule an appointment without giving at least 48 hours' notice;

  • I arrive more than 20 minutes late to a tattoo appointment;

  • I reschedule 2 or more times for any sessions of the same tattoo, regardless of notice;

  • I fail to reschedule a new appointment within 30 days of a canceled appointment;

  • I arrive at a tattoo appointment without government-issued identification;

  • I arrive under the influence of any drugs or alcohol;

I understand that if I fail to appear for any scheduled tattoo appointment without giving my artist notice ("no call no show"), that I will be charged a no-show fee equivalent to one hour's time at my artist's current hourly rate, exclusive of and in addition to any deposit previously paid.

Billing policy

I understand that I will be billed at the artist’s current hourly rate, (or a previously discussed price with artist) starting at my scheduled appointment time, for all tattooing and tattooing related services, including, but not limited to:

  1. Time used to edit or resize the tattoo design if needed.

  2. Time used to apply tattoo stencils to the body.

  3. Time used to assemble tattoo equipment and open sanitary supplies in front of me, or to replenish necessary supplies during the tattoo session.

  4. Lateness on my part of 20 minutes for any reason.

  5. Any touch-up work needed as a result of negligent aftercare of the tattoo, or any touch-up work requested 3 months or more after the initial application of the tattoo.

  6. At the time of placing the deposit I am currently of legal age (18 years) or older.

About your appointment

  • Arrive to your appointment on time, well rested, and hydrated.

  • Eat a hearty meal prior to your tattoo.

  • Snacks and drinks are provided at the shop if needed.

  • Please make sure to shower and arrive in appropriate clothing so the area being tattooed will be easily accessible.

  • Avoid getting sunburnt or changing your skin care routine for at least 2 weeks prior to your appointment.

  • Please don’t bring an entourage to your appointment, One guest is allowed with you if you prefer. (Unless previously discussed)

  • Reschedule your appointment if you are feeling unwell, have been exposed to covid, or have recently found out you are pregnant.

  • We recommend reviewing our aftercare instructions prior to your appointment.

  • DO not show up under the influence of any drugs or alcohol, Your appointment will be canceled and your deposit will be forfeited….

  • Please do not use numbing creams without discussing it prior to your appointment.
